At Vifor Pharma, we invest in our employees, by offering a host of development programmes, the flagship being the Vifor Pharma Academy, which was established to offer various formats of learning tailored to specific levels and functional areas.
What is the Leadership Programme?
The Leadership Programme is part of the Vifor Pharma Academy and it was started in 2016 in partnership with The Executive Business School, University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
It is designed for our Senior Leadership Team, a high-level body of leaders that work alongside the Executive Committee and take charge in delivering on our corporate objectives, living our Values and nurturing our unique company culture.
This programme includes advanced modules and enables the Senior Leaders to effectively execute on the company’s strategy, ensuring growth and innovation.
What were the results?
After ten months of focussed work on real business challenges and a commitment to improve on Strategy, Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness, 21 of our leaders successfully graduated from our Senior Leadership Programme.
The five project presentations and recommendations were made to Vifor Pharma’s Executive Committee with the winning team received the President Award from Stefan Schulze, President of the Executive Committee and COO.
